With over 30 years of combined experience in the property market, we’ve built our careers around helping people find the right homes — whether through long-term rentals, short-term lets, or full-service property management. Alongside this, we also offer support with sales, investments, and renovation projects of all scales, giving our clients a complete and trustworthy service from start to finish.
We joined forces with a shared mission: to create a letting and property services company that delivers clarity, care, and results. Our partnership works effortlessly — we’re both naturally driven, and our strengths balance each other perfectly. One of us brings expertise in property design, planning permission, and the practical side of developing and preparing homes for the rental market. The other offers deep knowledge of compliance, financial regulation, and property legislation — ensuring every property and every client is fully supported.

Robert Grice
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been surrounded by building projects. What began as simple DIY quickly grew into a genuine passion for creating and improving homes.
My first independent step into property came after years of helping others — I took on a renovation project to live in, which later became my first rental property. I loved the process from the start. Where some see renovations as laborious, I found the hands-on work enjoyable and rewarding.
With a career in education, working around the country. The art of gaining/teaching new skills, is something that comes naturally. That drive to improve, build, and refine never slows, and as I relocated around the country, my property portfolio naturally grew with me.
Today, settled back where I call home. That early enthusiasm has evolved into a career, shaping the practical and design-focused approach I bring to Ring Property.

Robert Nightingale
Brought up in a family with a strong renovation ethic, I discovered early on a passion for adding value and creating spaces that continually improve. When I purchased my first home in the 1990s, that passion quickly turned into purpose. While I have always enjoyed creating homes to live in, it is the satisfaction of handing over the keys to a property I am genuinely proud of—and to someone who truly appreciates the effort behind it—that gives me the real buzz and drives me to keep going.
With a background in Finance, it was a natural progression for me to specialise in compliance, an area that has become increasingly complex as new legislation continues to evolve. Ensuring standards are met while protecting both landlords and renters has become a core focus of my work.
Co-founding Ring is an exciting step forward. Together, we are able to reach more renters, more quickly, while continuing to break the mould when it comes to the traditional image of landlords—raising standards, building trust, and doing things the right way.
